The 1955 movie Blackboard Jungle featured Glenn Ford as a teacher facing a classroom full of unruly youths. The movie revived the 1954 rock and roll hit ‘Rock Around the Clock’ by Bill Haley making it the movie’s theme song.

Statesmanship is replaced by politics where leaders seek the spoils of office. Soon follows revolution as a result of grave and accumulated wrongs.
