1.  Your website is amazing! A lawyer who isn't afraid to shout to the world how rife with greed, collusion and bias the legal system really is is refreshing indeed. The scales of justice are heavily weighted in favor of corporate America or too politicized at the highest levels to qualify as just or fair. I suspect you're viewed as having an axe to grind but much of what you say is true and maybe others will speak out as well. I once admired the legal system and believed bad laws and practices if found could and would be changed. I no longer believe! Frankly though if you keep this site up they'll never let you practice again. Please don't stop speaking out though! Someone with your experience in the system speaking out may, may, someday make a difference!

2.  The legal system would be more balanced and infinitely fairer were disputes or cases simply presented to a panel of first graders. Since first graders still have ethics and know right from wrong they would be better able to determine truth and justice to a matter quickly. Their decisions are also more likely to be based upon the principles the legal system was created to uphold but sadly no longer does!

I am here for a purpose and that purpose is to grow into a mountain, not to shrink to a grain of sand. Henceforth will I apply ALL my efforts to become the highest mountain of all and I will strain my potential until it cries for mercy.[url=http://www.geocities.com/myspaceu2new/index.html] sex chat on ...

Heres a fine example of which you speak:

I represented my children who are minors filing as next friend and parent. Their father refuses to hand over POD property their aunt left to them. He failed to even tell them until I inadvertently discovered it. So, they are minors, I am the only parent who may sign these savings bonds to cash them (custodial parent) and one of our children is disabled and he refuses to help support him.

I file a complaint and an affidavit. The probate file shows he signed an affidavit saying no such property exists . when things get hot he says the kids all have POD savings bonds. hello? perjury? The probate file shows alot of things. It was assigned to a tougher judge who didnt recuse , she didnt even know her name was on it becuz it was given to another judge.

We have a couple hearings because he doesnt come. The judge gets annoyed and orders the property given to the kids but only the minors in a conservatorship. My ex's lawyer refuses to prepare the order. But it is in a journal entry. Eventually the judge recuses. It taken to another district and the "new" judge decides to do a "do over". !!!!!!!!!! And now accusing me of unauthorized practice of law!

My ex , the personal rep of the estate is a judge....Joe the plumber , John Doe or Suzi Smith normal citizen would NEVER get away with this!
